Breast cancer changes so much more than our bodies. It can change the way we see ourselves, our confidence, our relationships, and our intimacy.
I know because I’ve lived it, too.
That’s why I’m so excited to partner with ABCD: After Breast Cancer Diagnosis to host Intimacy After Breast Cancer: A 3-Part Webinar Series on Connection, Relationships, and Identity.
Join me on Tuesday, July 28 for Part 1: Learning to Love Yourself: Rebuilding Confidence and Embracing Your Body After Breast Cancer.
We’ll have an honest conversation about body image, confidence, and what it really looks like to reconnect with your body after breast cancer. I’ll also share my own experience and the mindset shifts that helped me begin to see my body differently.
Because healing isn’t just physical. You deserve to feel confident, connected, and at home in your body again.
I’d love to have you join us. ❤️

We hear the word “advocate” all the time, but what does it really mean?
It means knowing your normal. Really knowing your body. Performing regular breast self-exams.
Trusting your instincts when something feels different.
And speaking up, asking questions, and reaching out to your healthcare team when something doesn’t feel right.
That’s what is all about. ❤️
Sometimes the smallest things can shift your entire mood.
For me, it’s slipping into an outfit that feels effortless, comfortable, and just a little bit elevated. 👗✨
The kind of look that doesn’t require overthinking but still helps me feel like myself.
This time of year, I’m all about easy summer pieces paired with a few favorite accessories that make even the simplest outfit feel special.
Because getting dressed isn’t about impressing anyone else. It’s about feeling confident yet comfortable - and more like you. ❤️

🎧 New Podcast Episode Is Live – Breast Cancer & Divorce: You Are Not Alone in Starting Over
When breast cancer survivor and advocate Asha Miller’s marriage ended after cancer, she found herself navigating a reality that isn’t talked about nearly enough: divorce after breast cancer.
In this episode of Dear Cancer, I’m Beautiful, Asha shares what it was like to experience breast cancer within a marriage, what happened when that marriage later ended, and how she rebuilt her life after everything changed.
We talk about relationships, identity, grief, resilience, and the challenges of starting over after cancer and divorce.
Most importantly, this episode is a reminder that you are not alone in starting over.

Breast cancer survivors are often told what to expect during treatment.
Far fewer are told what to expect after.
The changes that can affect intimacy, confidence, and connection are real, and it’s important we talk about them.
Swipe through for five things nobody tells you about intimacy after breast cancer and how to navigate them. ❤️

❤️ What has breast cancer taught you about living fully today?
For National Cancer Survivors Day, I asked members of our breast cancer community to answer that question in their own words.
Their responses reminded me that there is no single definition of survivorship. Some are in treatment. Some are living with metastatic breast cancer. Some are years beyond diagnosis.
Every experience is different, yet so many shared a common theme: a deeper appreciation for the time, people, and moments that matter most.
From choosing gratitude and purpose, to taking the trip, wearing the outfit, dancing in the moment, and creating memories with the people we love, these women show us what it means to live fully today.
Thank you to everyone who shared their voice and trusted me with their stories. ❤️

I just returned from my second year attending the 2026 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Annual Meeting and I'm feeling grateful for the opportunity to learn, connect, and hear from experts, advocates, and researchers across the cancer community. 💙
I attend ASCO to stay informed about what's happening in breast cancer research, survivorship, advocacy, and patient care - and bring back meaningful information for the breast cancer community.
A few themes that stood out to me this year:
✨ Survivorship is a continuum of care
✨ Progress in metastatic breast cancer research and quality of life
✨ More personalized approaches to chemotherapy decisions
✨ AI's growing role in cancer care
✨ Growing interest in metabolic health and GLP-1s

It’s time to ❤️
A monthly self breast exam takes just a few minutes.
Getting familiar with how your breasts normally look and feel can help you notice when something changes.
Save this post. Set a reminder. Share it with someone you love.
