Happy Holidays!!

Dear Clients,

Thank you so much for such another fabulous year! You all truly make my dream job a reality! I wanted to let everyone know about a few new features on the booking system and cancellation policy as we approach the holidays!

Square now has a waitlist feature that you can add specific dates and times that you are available and when someone cancels you will be notified immediately to book. I get notified as well, so if I am able to work you into the schedule I will do my best. I have very limited availability in December so please reserve your appointment now.

I have also accrued a lot of fees with using Square this past year, as they have changed their policies and fees throughout the year. I now will be adding a small percentage to all credit card transactions, but I will be splitting the fees 50% with all my customers using credit card and debit cards. You can avoid this small fee by using check, cash, or cash apps.

Lastly, I will be strictly enforcing cancellation policies. Please let me know 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel. If you have to cancel within the 24 hours I will be charging 50% of all services simply due to the limited availability with my schedule. I hope you all understand as I am doing my best to be as fair as possible to everyone that is trying to book.

I wanted to thank everyone for a fabulous 2023 and look forward to an even better 2024. Thank you all for being so accommodating through my pregnancy, maternity leave, and learning how to navigate life with our two babies. I truly couldn't love my job if it wasn't for each and everyone of you!

Good Morning!

I wanted to thank everyone for working with me and my adjusted hours while I have been spending time with my family this summer! We truly have been soaking up all of our time together. I wanted to give everyone a little update that I will be starting back full-time after Labor Day. If anyone needs to schedule an appointment in August please call/text message me directly. I am currently booked online for August but I always see more on my end. I will do my best to work everyone in as quickly as possible. I wanted to let everyone know that I have opened my online booking for my full-time schedule starting after Labor Day. I hope this will accommodate everyones schedule better.

Praying for everyone affected by Hurricane Ida!

Good Morning Clients,
I continue to pray that all of you are safe after the aftermath of Hurricane Ida. My heart breaks that I am back here messaging that I will be closing my business until further notice. I am currently residing in Orange Beach until it is safe to go back home. I am keeping all appointments and will reschedule in the order I cancelled. I will be back to work as soon as possible. I have closed online booking so that my current cancellations will have priority. I will be working longer hours to accommodate everyone. I hope you all stay safe and I'm looking forward to seeing all of you sooner than later.

HURRICANE IDA UPDATE!

Happy New Year Friends,

I want to wish everyone a Happy New Year! I hope everyone had a happy, safe, and healthy holidays. I truly want to thank each and everyone of you for making 2020 the best it could be giving the circumstances. Everyone was patient, caring and loving every step of the way. All of you have helped me make returning back to the salon during these times seamless. As we go into the New Year we will be following the same protocols as before. I look forward to having a healthy and safe 2021.

I also wanted to let everyone know I will be changing my hours starting February 1st. All previously booked appointments will go as scheduled. I will update my hours on the website and list them below. Please always feel free to message me if you do not see a time or date available. I sometimes see more time slots on my end of the booking system and can notify you if anyone reschedules. I will also continue to post last minute openings on my instagram account ().

Lastly, I have not done a price increase in three years. I truly strive to be affordable while offering the highest level of service to each of you. While looking at the increasing prices of product and supplies I have decided to have a increase in color services only. The new price list will be available on my website and all pricing will include blowout and style. I have simplified my pricing structure instead of bundling items. Hope this makes it easier for you to understand. Haircuts will be discounted for color services because the blowout is included in all pricing.

Dear Clients,

It is with a very heavy heart that I have decided to take all recommendations with "social distancing" and close for business until March 30, 2020. I have thought and prayed about this and feel it is the right decision for my family, my clients, and my business. I truly feel, if we all can do our part now, and slow our lives down we can all flatten the curve sooner. I will be readdressing the situation weekly after March 30th. With all currently booked appointments, I will be sending out cancellation text weekly with a coupon attached for your next service. I am also closing all online booking to assure my cancelled clients get first priority on next appointment times. I am truly sorry for any inconvenience I am causing, but I promise we will come back stronger and better than ever! :)
