According to a survey on attitudes toward thinning hair, the percentage of men and women who answered that they currently "have thinning hair" was less than 30% and less than 10%, respectively. Of these, 70% of men and 90% of women said that they were concerned about thinning hair, indicating that many people actually suffer from thinning hair.
