What has changed in me over the year? ⬇️

A lot has changed in me over the past year.

I became calmer inside. But stronger.

I used to think strength meant doing everything, holding everything together, never getting tired, and never showing weakness.
Now, strength means being honest with myself.

I’ve learned:
— not to live in constant survival mode
— not to prove my worth to everyone around me
— to choose family not as something “extra,” but as the foundation of my life
— to accept that growth can be very slow
— to start over, even when it’s scary

This year made me softer.
But at the same time, I stopped allowing things to break me.

I see motherhood differently now.
Relationships too.
My body.
Work.
People.

I started noticing life more, instead of only focusing on tasks.

And probably the biggest thing — I stopped waiting to become the “perfect version” of myself before allowing myself to show up.

Right now, I’m in a transition season.
Not the final version of me yet.
But definitely not the same girl I was a year ago.

And honestly?
I’m proud of myself for everything I’ve carried, survived, and still choosing to believe in something bigger.
