After 6 miles this morning my legs are screaming with joy…
I love cold therapy during intense training blocks or to help with my anxiety. It’s literally a natural full mind/body reset so go enjoy this weather❄️.

Gold Milk is my go-to natural remedy when I’m feeling a little run down or on the verge of getting sick🥛. But a fair warning, this wellness bev ain’t for the weak.
Yes it may burn/sting a little bit going down but the blend of wellness ingredients helps to support immunity, reduces inflammation, and promotes healing.
Ask your local cafe if they can do a gold milk latte or you can be daring and make one yourself at home🫣.

Breathwork and its healing abilities really need to be discussed more…🧘🏽♀️
It promotes emotional regulation, reduces stress & anxiety, increases your energy levels, boosts heart health and immune function, need I say anymore?!?
So did you breathe today? Did you pause, breathe, and notice your breath?

2024 was such a beautiful year for me, full of ups and downs but more ups then downs.
I was blessed to be able to travel to some places people only dream of and experience different foods, cultures, and meet new people.✨
I accomplished so much last year and I’m so excited to see what 2025 has in store👀🫶🏼.

Emotional sobriety🙇🏽♀️ word of the week…
I came across this term recently and it resonated so much. Discussed in the simple context of having a “crush” and the pressure and anxiety that can easily stem from something so simple and common.
Emotional sobriety helps us to reinforce the ideology that feelings are temporary, it’s the thoughts behind the feelings that roots us in the negative emotions so how can we learn to be free of our emotions in a way that allows us to detach and process them accordingly.
