1) Berry Smoothie
Ingredients
• Mixed berries – 1 cup (strawberry, blueberry, raspberry)
• Banana – 1 small
• Yogurt – ½ cup
• Milk – ½ cup
• Honey or sweetener – to taste
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
4. Pour into a glass and serve cold.
2) Mango Smoothie
Ingredients
• Mango chunks – 1 cup
• Banana – 1 small
• Orange juice – ½ cup
• Honey or sweetener – optional
Instructions
1. Place mango, banana and orange juice into the blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Add honey if you want it sweeter.
4. Serve immediately.
3) Green Smoothie
Ingredients
• Spinach – 1 cup
• Banana – 1 small
• Pineapple – ½ cup
• Apple – ½ (chopped)
• Water or orange juice – ½ cup
Instructions
1. Put all ingredients into the blender.
2. Blend until very smooth (about 30–60 seconds).
3. Add more liquid if too thick.
4. Serve fresh.
4) Tropical Smoothie
Ingredients
• Pineapple – ½ cup
• Mango – ½ cup
• Banana – 1 small
• Orange juice – ½ cup
• Coconut milk – ¼ cup (optional)
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients into a blender.
2. Blend until creamy and smooth.
3. Chill for 10 minutes if desired.
4. Serve cold.
5) Strawberry Banana Smoothie
Ingredients
• Strawberries – 1 cup
• Banana – 1 small
• Yogurt – ½ cup
• Milk – ½ cup
• Honey or sweetener – optional

1. Place all ingredients in the blender.
2. Blend until smooth and thick.
3. Taste and add honey if needed.
4. Serve immediately.
6) Chocolate Banana Smoothie
Ingredients
• Banana – 1
• Cocoa powder – 1 tbsp
• Peanut butter – 1 tbsp (optional)
• Milk – 1 cup
• Honey or sweetener – optional
Instructions
1. Add banana, cocoa powder, peanut butter and milk into blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Add honey if you want more sweetness.
4. Pour and enjoy.
