Self-reflection enables you to move from just experiencing, into understanding. Self-reflection: Encourages a level of self-awareness and consciousness about practice. By reflecting within, I was able to develop within time. Remember, nothing good comes easy and who else is better than taking your time with and that is yourself. I am not perfect nor strive for it because it does not exist. I used dwell so much energy in what I didn’t have and was stuck until I began being grateful for what I have and elevated. I am here to tell you that if I can do it, so can you. Are you ready for your transformation?

Never in a million years I can genuinely say that I am where I need to be. I am a woman who never gave up. I am a single mom, work 9-5 and in 2020 launched my own business. This opportunity has connected to so may individuals that support me and always push me to keep going. Life is not easy and nothing was ever handed to me, I earned it. So many moments, I felt like throwing in the towel and just going back to my norm but I am not that person anymore. I have evolved into a better version of myself and I am looking forward to more growth. So grateful for all of the love and support I have been blessed with. 🙏❤️
