But seriously, getting a massage can be both scary and weird, right?

Scary because you're in a room with basically a stranger, someone you just met in person a couple minutes ago, kinda like a blind date

Weird because now you're supposed to lay down on a table and they rub oil on your body and stretch you for an hour...
..and we're supposed to pretend this is normal?! lol

That requires a lot of trust

I'm sure you don't let any random person touch your body (and if you do, love that for you 🥰)

So how do you trust? How do you build trust? How do build safety? Comfort?

On your 1st visit you're probably gonna feel slightly uncomfortable and have lots of questions (conscious and subconscious) you're not gonna ask me 😂 but hope they get answered throughout the time you're in the room. That's normal and understandable 🙂

My main goal is to help you feel comfortable 🙏🏾

I'm gonna be honest with yall...I was hesitant to approve this graphic as my official logo.

Why?

Honestly I was afraid it would break the internet 😂😂

Two men embracing each other?Where are my pearls so I can clutch them?! 😱

My heart sunk to the pit of my stomach. I was scared because it represents why I decided to stay in this profession...to help men overcome their shame and their fear.

I also said "Okay, werk" 🔥

Talk about a radical notion: two men embracing each other in a safe, platonic, and intentional way. When do we ever see this represented not only in media but in real life?!

Men are aching, longing for deep connection. It is a basic human need to be touched and so many of us have had our "touch trust" broken by a family member, a work colleague, a partner, or friends.

Yea yea yea I specialize in Sports Massage but that's a bait and switch. My real work is touch. I'm in the touch business.

I'm in the nervous system regulation business.

I'm in the shame and fear business.

My work and my joy is simply to be a conduit for you.
