As a person that suffers from PPD ( Postpartum depression) & ADHD I have a hard time with self confidence and consistency. I had a lot of brain fog and I was tired all the time and I wasn’t feeling myself at all.

Especially as a Newly single mother I was not taking care of myself and started to Reject my whole entire being. Felt like nothing was worth it or even if I’m worth anything in life… That’s when I thought to myself “ If I’m not ok then who’s going to take care of Nova?”.

That’s when I finally woke up and decided to go to the gym and work on myself. The gym helped me learn consistency, self love and community as people around me supports me and pushes me to my limits. I really appreciate everyone and even if it’s my 6th month in imma lock in and continue on reaching higher heights 💖💖💖.
