But your productivity at work can be affected by your hormones.
One of the most common signs of hormonal imbalance is fatigue.
Here are a few of our tips to reduce fatigue especially at work:

👉🏽Eat more often and avoid skipping meals
👉🏽Carry a bottle of water to work everyday in order to remain hydrated
👉🏽Try to move every few hours. If your job requires you to sit at a desk. Set your alarm every 1-2 hours to stand and stretch

We've all been here! You may have gym membership and cute workout clothes, but not the right mindset.
👉🏽If your mind says no then so will your body. By setting realistic goals and understanding your intention, you will be more motivated.

👉🏽Your weight is also dependant on what you eat. So as much as you are planning to hit the gym, be sure to include more nutritious food in your diet.
