Winter is here and you maybe offered flu shots at your job, by your doctor or at the pharmacy.
Be mindful that flu shots can have adverse effects that can be fatal. So if they feel flu like symptoms for more than a day or two please urge them to see their doctor.

Logically: The body is a machine that creates what ot needs by breaking down what it ingests.So my question for the last year has been if I eat a complete form of protein i.e. meat when it breaks down will it still be protein or something else? has answered my question. In order to make a cake you need ingredients that are then put together and baked. In order for the body to make any thing it needs you must put in the proper God given ingredients in their simple form and let your Body's systems do the work.
This is something our ancestors from most indigenous cultures have known and followed.

We all want more peace and love in our lives.
Let's challenge ourselves to act practically according to God's word.
1st Scripture focus is Philipians 4:4-9
Philipians 4:4-9
4Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! 5 Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. 6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
8 Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. 9 Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you.
Steps to take first thing in the morning as you rise out of the bed.
1)Praise and Worship: Celebrate God, His love and care for you
2)Surrender: Give God your burdens in prayer and literally feel them exiting your body and space.
3) Recieve: Focus on opening your heart to the Peace of God and literally feel peace enter your entire body from the soul of your feet to above your head.
4) Mediate: Intentionally focus your thoughts on feelings of goodness, honorableness, decenty, worthiness, joyfulness, lovingness.
5) Consistent Focus: Thoughout the day continously embrace the above feelings. Especially when things occur to distract you from these feelings.
