Ensure the hairs are fully coated and brushed into the desired shape.✨Laminating the brows: Gently cover the brows with a plastic wrap or cling film to keep the moisture and heat locked in. Leave the setting lotion on for the recommended time specified in the product instructions. This usually takes 5-7 minutes.✨Neutralizing: After the specified time, remove the plastic wrap and remove perm solution, apply a neutralizer or fixing lotion to the brows using a clean spoolie brush.
