As Women’s History Month wraps up and we enter Adenomyosis Awareness Month, I’m taking a moment to truly appreciate myself and give myself grace.

I’m proud of showing up, making healthier food choices, exercising, keeping updated appointments and maintaining a positive outlook. I’m grateful for being present and returning to what brings me complete joy. My products have always been, and continue to be, deeply personal to me. Overcoming my own challenges has allowed me to help others, and for that, I couldn’t ask for more.

Simple Glow Shot Recipe
• 1/2 cup fresh pineapple
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 1–2 inch fresh ginger
• Splash of water
Blend → strain (optional) → take as a shot in the morning
