Hi clients and friends,

I’m a proud businesswoman serving the Riverdale community for over 15 years. For the past four years, I’ve owned my business.

In the beginning, we figured we could handle the closing of Mandy’s Hair Salon due to the Covid-19 crisis. A few weeks of having any business closed could be difficult but we knew that it’s something we are all enduring and we had to find ways to cope.
For a hair salon, we are limited in the ways of staying open. We cannot provide delivery services or at-home services and this has us completely shut down.

Our clients have asked how to help us and support us. We have tried as much as we could to not ask for help from any of you because of how much we are all suffering through this.

We appreciate you asking for ways to help and it would mean so much to us if you could support us so that we can continue to provide you with services.

As you well know, the biggest expense is: Rent. Any business that is closed for more than a month or so is going to suffer.

We have applied for government loans and other grants and have heard nothing yet. Any amount you can provide is greatly appreciated and will go towards covering the operating costs of the business.

We look forward to providing you with the much-needed self-care services we are yearning for after this is over.
