⭐️To make this cut up some cooked shrimp. .
⭐️Mix it in a bowl with some coleslaw and add in your desired amount of Cajun seasoning. .
⭐️Top on a low carb mission street tortilla.
🔥Optional: Garnish with cilantro or some fresh squeezed lemon or lime juice
🔹coleslaw:
⭐️2/3 cup mayo
⭐️3 tbs lakanto classic sweetener
⭐️1 tbs apple cider vinegar
⭐️16 Oz bag of coleslaw.
🔥Mix together mayo, sweetener and apple cider vinegar. 🔥Once well combined add the bag of coleslaw mix and refrigerate for a few hours before serving or overnight.

SO delicious!!!! Stuffed salmon today and it was so simple and a major game changer. Paired this with my last piece of sweet potato toast topped with avocado 🥑 and cucumber noodles with tomatoes, dill, parsley, red pepper flakes and a tahini drizzle. Hope you’re all having an amazing weekend.⠀⠀

Deets: sweet potato toast with avocado and h**p seeds, wild salmon...sauté some spinach with garlic and toss with dairy free ricotta) cut a pocket in the middle of the salmon and stuff the filling And Brush with olive oil and season with salt plus herbs of Provence then bake on 400 for about 12-15 minutes depending on thickness. Serve with spiralized cucumber and tomatoes with dill and tahini.
