Our mission is to create the ultimate grooming experience for our clients, prioritizing customer satisfaction and attention to detail within a modern-rustic industrial environment that will blow you away. Bibi & Jd’s Barbershop was founded in July 2020 by owners Jose Campos and Esmerlin Ramirez. Funded with their life's savings and loans from friends and family, the project comes to life in times of COVID-19 and is born from the owners strong desire to contribute to the local community's economic recovery efforts in Woodside Queens. Our mission is to change the barbershop culture fostering an environment that is welcoming to a diverse crowd inclusive of age, race, gender identity and sexual orientation. At Bibi & Jd’s Barbershop, we understand what it's like to feel uncomfortable walking into a place of service for the first time and not be greeted or acknowledged. Having experienced these behaviors first hand as a customer, now as business owners, we are making it our mission to change the culture for the better, adopting an inclusive customer-centric approach where the customer experience is our number one priority. Furthermore, we are committed to creating a place where everyone, regardless of who they are, what they look like and where they come from, are made to feel welcomed.
