Gm IGers.... So I’m trying to add this piece to my life. Mediation.. UUGGHH!! I have always struggled with stilling my mind. I am an over thinker, My mind never stops & I am a super strategist. Honestly, these three things have not really worked in my favor. I can still my body (sit in patience) but more importantly I need to learn to still & free my mind. Wish me luck & good favor....

Gm IGers... Receiving a blessing from God is like a good meal being prepared for you. You don’t rush the chef. If you did & the chef fed you when YOU wanted instead of taking the time to prepare your meal properly, you would be eating raw ,unseasoned food that would not taste well and may even cause you harm. That meal may take some time just like that blessing coming your way. We have to practice the Spiritual Principle called PATIENCE. Allow God to be Great in your life and receive all Lessons & Blessings beyond your wildest imagination!!
