Lemon, orange and lettuce juice
This juice is rich in water and fiber, which favors the elimination of excess body fluid and controls hunger, avoiding excessive food intake and helping to lose weight. Each 250 ml glass of this juice contains approximately 110 calories.
Ingredients:
1 lemon juice;
Juice of 2 oranges;
6 lettuce leaves;
½ glass of water.
Way of
preparation:
Blend all ingredients in a blender, strain and drink afterwards, preferably without using sugar or sweeteners. This juice can be prepared and stored in a bottle or other well-sealed pot and kept refrigerated for up to 6 hours.

Kale, Lime and Cucumber Green Juice
Cabbage and cucumber have diuretic properties and each 250 ml glass of this juice has approximately 125 calories.
Ingredients:
1 kale leaf;
juice of ½ lemon;
1/3 cucumber with shell;
1 red apple with shell;
150 ml of coconut water.
Method of preparation:
Wash the cabbage, cucumber and apple well. Cut the apple and cucumber into cubes and place in a blender. Add the other ingredients to the blender and beat for 2 minutes. Strain and drink afterwards, preferably without sugar. This juice can be prepared and stored in a bottle or other well-sealed pot and kept refrigerated for up to 6 hours.

Green juice with melon and mint: a good tip to drink during parties or trips, when there may be a certain excess of food and/or drink. The recipe only takes melon, mint, ginger, coconut water and demerara sugar.
