Somehow, we’re already halfway through the year.
July always feels like an invitation to slow down a little. To spend more time outside, to say yes to one more splash in the pool, one more bedtime story, one more walk after dinner. The little moments that don’t seem extraordinary at the time often become the memories we hold onto most.

As both Mustela’s Social Media Manager and a yoga teacher, it was such an honor to lead this special class alongside Olya, the owner and heart behind Yoga | Pilates | Meditation | Brooklyn NYC, Bay Ridge.
What started as a belated Mother’s Day gift became a beautiful reminder of how powerful it is to simply slow down. Together, we gathered with an incredible group of moms and caregivers for an afternoon of movement, breath, sound, connection, and presence.
We flowed through a gentle yoga practice, explored mindfulness and breathwork tools for everyday life, settled into a deeply restorative sound bath, and gave ourselves permission to pause for a few hours ✨
In a season that can feel so full of responsibilities, schedules, and constant stimulation, it felt incredibly meaningful to create space for rest, reflection, and community.
Thank you to everyone who joined us, to Olya, and to every mom and caregiver who showed up for themselves that afternoon 🤍
A gentle reminder that caring for yourself is not selfish. It is essential 🌿
