October is Eczema Awareness Month. And what an amazing opportunity it was to discuss this pervasive skin condition that affects 20% of all infants by the age of one on . My son, Asher, has bursts of eczema which flare up in drier conditions this time of year. So take it from me; as I walk you through the etiology as to why eczema happens and what skincare ingredients you should label read for when buying skincare for your newborn.

I block out my weekends for Asher & Loni; but this past Saturday, I made an exception to film my first skincare segment that was back ON SET since the Pandemic began. Stay tuned next week for the segment in full but in the meanwhile here’s a chronicle of my Saturday from my 5am latte to my 10pm gargle. And yes men’s cool wave gel deodorant is my armpits favorite.

Forty weeks/10 months later, you’re about to deliver your baby. Congratulations!! Here are my three favorite tips that I give my patients for postpartum recovery of your skin and body. The last one is a moisturizer I still pull out of my medicine cabinet religiously.
