Hey Bebās I will be hosting an IG live and calling in Rebecca Velez to join us. As many of you know Iām a pro MUA and makeup educator and I wanted to bring on Rebecca Velez since she is l a hairstylist and salon apprentice that Iāve worked with on several editorial projects be apart of this sesh. I feel like it will be an interesting session from both aspects of the beauty world because makeup and hair coincide with each other. Tune in with us for an hour on Monday May 16th at 12:00PM EST on IG LIVE. We will be talking about things beauty industry, makeup, and hair. Doing two quick fun summer looks with 15 mins live demos one for makeup and one for hair and be sure to tune in to absorb some tips and tricks from us. I challenge you to find anything boring about fashion designer Adrian Alicea or his fashion brand. His fashion house breeds excitement and riveting levels of creativity!
As once a model himself, Adrian Alicea was initially discovered at the famous nightclub "The Tunnel" by Rae Dawn Chong. Mr. Chong had invited Adrian to walk for Thierry Mugler's couture show in Paris. His career grew rapidly and with persistence and commitment there became opportunities working with some fashion gods in Europe: Hermes, Giorgio Armani, Jean-Paul Gaultier, Gianfranco Ferre, Vivienne Westwood and Patricia Fields.
BB Magazine is extremely excited for the future of the Adrian Alicea fashion house. He is definitely a true fashion king!

Hey there if youāre off today or just coming back from work. Make sure to take some time out for yourself. With everything going on in this world and how exhausting it can be mentally and physically Iāve made a list of a few things to help you with a little me time to turn a portion of your Sunday into a self care Sunday ! š¤š¤
1. Take a bubble bath , make sure to dilute some epsom salt, lavender and eucalyptus essential oil do help you body destress.
2. Eat a delicious snack , hell have a cheat day from all the meal prepping itās ok to have some extra sugar or carbs. Donāt worry I checked in with the diet police they took the day off.
3. Put on some music and dance! Dancing is a great way to give your mind and body a positive boost. Go on itās good for the soul.
4. Meditate. Put on a couple countdown meditation with sounds and vibrations depending on with HRZ itās on to help ease your mind , relax trauma that gets stored in your body/ muscles and release pain or use it to manifest just about anything you want!
5. Even if you donāt feel like it will work just smile. The act of smiling boosts your happiness and helps tricking your brain that youāre in a better situation than you are.
6. Journal : write it out. Write out how your day went, your goals, aspirations , or just how youāre feeling. Itās ok to be vulnerable and writing is one of the best ways to express yourself.
7. Turn off your phone or put it on silent mode and read a good book or cozy up and watch a good movie. Actually watch it without interruption. Come on you deserve this time to yourself. No work right now just you and that book/ movie.
8. Get it on come on unleash that inner aphrodisiac. No slt shaming here!
9. If youāre not a fan of wine (always drink in moderation) then make a mock tail. Indulge in a food or alcoholic or nonalcoholic beverage of your choice and really enjoy it. (Donāt drink too much if you have work early on Monday morning )
10. Take a nap and do absolutely nothing. Seriously itās fun. š try it sometime. Thereās no reason for you to keep going and going and going. Sometimes taking zero action and slowing down is the best gift you can give yourself.
