There was a time in my life where I hated mirrors, hated my reflection, hated to look at the face that stared back at me. So, I forced myself to do it every day and every night. Every mirror in my house was surrounded by sticky notes saying things like "You Are Beautiful", "You are Enough". I would stand there and recite that lie day after day until it became my truth. With and without makeup I am enough, I am beautiful and I am the image of God himself! Don't allow anyone to tell you what and who you are! Your self worth is only determined by you. When you treat yourself better the world will ultimately do the same!

As the end of this year is fast approaching it's a little bittersweet. I'm so ready to see what 2024 brings but so sad that some of my loved ones didn't make it through this one. My faith was shook to the core and there were a couple of moments where I didn't think I could make it through. But I did through the grace of God! 🙌🏾 Thank you to My Squad who held me down and lifted me up. If this year taught me anything it's that if you have breath in your body, Life will be LIFE-ING!!! It's all about your mindset, your outlook and your faith. 🩷
