TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY🌟
I started my journey with in January 2019. I was scared/nervous/apprehensive about joining. I didn’t know whether it would work. But I had tried lots of other diets and decided to give it a go.
~
I reached target in October 2019. 10 months to lose 5 stone. I was determined to get to my goal. Did I still have nights out? Yes, every month in fact. Did I let that get in the way of my weight loss? No, some weeks I did have a gain. But I’d get it off and more the following week.
~
It’s a process you have to go through. Each stone was definitely a new milestone for me. It was a couple of pounds closer to my target. Try not to think it’s only 1lb off. Think that it’s 1lb closer to your target!

Struggling to make progress with fat loss?🤔

Straight up…the reason you aren’t losing fat is that you’re taking in too many/not expending enough calories.
You aren’t burning more calories than you are consuming. It’s all about energy balance!

First off, designing and carrying out any fat loss phase will require commitment, consistency, and patience. You didn’t gain all the extra weight overnight so realize that you will not lose it overnight either

Are you overdoing your cardio and neglecting other important factors (like resistance training and adequate protein intake)? More isn’t always better.
If you have plateaued with your progress, take a step back and re-evaluate your game plan.
