⅓ cup cilantro, roughly chopped

Baked Salmon and Asparagus in Foil with Lemon Garlic Butter Sauce 😋😍⁠

2 slices of salmon fillet⁠
2 tablespoons vegetable broth or chicken broth⁠
1 1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, or to taste⁠
1 tablespoon of your favorite hot sauce (we used Sriracha)⁠
4 teaspoons minced garlic (4 cloves)⁠
Salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste⁠
3-4 tablespoons butter, diced into small cubes (or ghee)⁠
2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley or cilantro⁠

Another edition of simple Friday’s. It may officially be Fall, but I’m hanging on to this type of food. There’s just something special about tomato and burrata elevating the game.
Started the weekend off with this refreshing bang: a big base of greens, juicy local tomatos, some torn burrata cheese ( is your best deal), some basil, and drizzled with sea salt, fresh ground pepper, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar.
A simple 3 minute classic that just does not disappoint!
