What do ya do OTHER THAN DETOX to remove product build up. This wash I brushed my roots with soap and water…. It didn’t help. Lmfaoooooo. I might have to actually book someone for a detox AND to crochet my roots. Ion wanna do none of it by myself. Approaching 26yrs with locs this August. Tired of doing my own hair now 💀😭🤷🏾♀️

Baby girl will be reaching her 2yr anniversary with her locs. I still ask her till this day if she likes her hair, wants to take it out, and misses her old hair and the answers have been the same for 2yrs 💀😭😭😭
She wanted beads (as usual) I wanted her to have petals (next time I do my hair it’s gonna be petals 💀😭🤷🏾♀️) So we made it work. Lml
I won’t be retwisting my hair until new year’s. Just washing and moisturizing ✨💋🤌🏾

Last year I took all that loose hair in front of my head and made 2 locs with them. This is how much growth and change can happen in a year. Physically. Financially. Emotionally. 1 year can bring in such a difference

Finally got the time and energy to wash my hair. I ain’t do it either. Just a retwist. I was lazy. Idc 🤷🏾♀️ when I wash my hair without styling it, I be feeling like ya when ya get a middle part 40” buss down
