As all my friends know my Daughter Kayla swims for the Lemoyne... we need your help!
The Lemoyne Swimming and Diving team are training on outdated and potentially dangerous starting blocks!
The men and women swimmers are currently training on starting blocks with no anti slip back support. Our team trains an average of 12 hours a week to build strength, endurance and refine their techniques. Not training on the same equipment they compete on not only handicaps the Dolphin swimmers ability to be competitive with their competitors. The current backless block are significantly more likely to injure our swimmers, without a back brace slipping and falling off the blocks is a real concern.
I am asking all my friends to contribute to help to raise the money to fund six new starting blocks for the Le Moyne swimming pool.
