Post services are super important if you can’t afford post op care please do not get surgery! This is dangerous and you can have so many complication. Not getting proper pos op care can endanger your life. Don’t think you can take care of yourself becuse you can’t and you shouldn’t. You are better off saving some more to make sure you are covered all the way around❤️

Ladies when y’all get your lymphatic massage at least for the first week it should be a full body massage!!! your lymph nodes need to be open, This is key to be able to drain properly, evenly and help you get rid of toxins in the body the lymphatic system moves slowly if you don’t get the proper massage you won’t drain properly! When you get surgery if it is tt, lipo etc fluid goes everywhere in your body therefore your whole body needs to be massage.
