10 Tips for Staying Sane and Not Raising an As***le 2. Understand that Facebook is a load of crap. We are all fu**ed up — even those perfect Facebook families. ESPECIALLY those perfect Facebook families.

As we say in Wellness, "both can be true". So while we are wishing all you Wellness Mamas out there a wonderful day, we also ask you to keep in your thoughts those who continue to struggle on their road to motherhood, those who have lost a child, and those who are dealing with post partum depression.

For those of you who have lost a mother, our thoughts are with you as well on this day.

Putting my littlest one to work!

When our child isn't behaving the way we would like them to, try not to get caught up in the "negative" behavior and instead focus on what might be causing the behavior in the first place. Are they hungry? Tired? Do they want to feel in control? Are they In need of some attention? All of the above???Addressing what is driving the behavior is the quickest way to getting a different result as opposed to engaging in a power struggle.
