✅ I train 5X a week, I lift weights and do cardio; over the years the training has gotten more intense and I’m lifting heavier, but I didn’t start that way.

✅ I track my food, making sure I’m eating enough protein and calories (2500 calories currently to be exact)

✅ I drink 100-128oz of water daily

✅ I take daily walks

✅ I have discipline, I’m consistent 90% of the time and I’m patient.

We are so much more than our weight, our size, or our physical appearance.

The people who love us, love us because of WHO we are and what makes us us.

But it is also okay to want to change.

We can love ourself while still wanting to change and be a better version of ourself.

I want to be healthy because I know what a blessing my body is and I want to treat it well. I want to be an example to my kids and family. But even more, I want to change for ME because I am a worthy human who deserves to make myself a priority too.

Raus aus dem Skinny Fat! So habe ich es geschafft!

Nach meiner Abnahme war ich zwar schlanker, aber noch nicht wirklich definierter.

Das linke Bild ist im Oktober 2022 entstanden, das rechte heute.

Ich bin mit dem Progress innerhalb von einem knappen Jahr absolut zufrieden! Vor allem, weil ich mit dem Kraftsport erst richtig im März/April angefangen habe. Im Oktober habe ich mit Hula Hoop begonnen und im Januar mit HIITs. Die HITTs lasse ich seit März komplett weg und mache nur noch Krafttraining. Seitdem habe ich einen richtigen Schub gemerkt!💪🏼

➡️ Das Krafttraining und meine Form habe ich ausschließlich mit Homeworkouts geschafft 🤩🙌
➡️ Ich habe früher immer gedacht ich müsste joggen gehen und Cardio Training machen, um definiert zu werden. Dabei ist das überhaupt nicht der Fall!

Die richtige Ernährung + Krafttraining = 💪🏼🔥.

MY PLATFORM IS NOW LIVE 🥺🥰

This is such a “pinch me” moment, because it still doesn’t feel real! I am beyond excited to start this journey together and hopefully help so many of you along the way.

I started this journey back in 2019, after I saw the picture of me in the bikini. It was taken in November 2018 on holiday to Mexico. As much as I loved that holiday, it was a big realisation for me as to how big id gotten.

Over the past 4 years I have quite literally changed my life for the better. Not just in terms of my weight, but I’ve taught myself how to cook (trust me when I say I was not a very good cook before 🤣) I exercise and compete in fitness events and actually enjoy it?! And finally I have this page, with all of you lovely lot! Which is what has encouraged me to create my platform. I lost the 5 stone before my page “blew up” and became what it is. I done this by myself, so I really do know how difficult the start of any weightloss, exercise or healthy eating journey can be, it can feel quite a lonely place. I only wish there had been something like my platform available for me when I first started out.

I myself have gained just nearly 2 stone since my wedding. So I thought we could do the journey together this time.

My platform is all about showing you that you can enjoy life whilst losing weight and you don’t have to cut out your favourite foods! There will be weekly meal plans, with delicious lower calorie meals, I’ll be adding new meals to the plan each week. Along with recipe cards and shopping lists. Also a number of the recipes uploaded to the platform will be exclusive recipes which can’t be found on my Instagram or TikTok! There is also a community option, where we can chat, ask questions and encourage each other along the way.
