ماسك البشرة من مواد طبيعية

المكونات:
1. ملعقة صغيرة من البن: يعمل كمقشر طبيعي يساعد على إزالة الخلايا الميتة.
2. ملعقة كبيرة من لبان الدكر: له خصائص مضادة للبكتيريا ويساهم في شد البشرة.
3. ملعقة كبيرة من الصمغ العربي: يساعد على ترطيب وتغذية البشرة.
4. ملعقة كبيرة من الجيلاتين البودرة: يساهم في تحسين مرونة البشرة وشدها.

الطريقة:
1.غلي المكونات:
- قومي بغلي ملعقة كبيرة من لبان الدكر في وعاء مع كمية مناسبة من الماء حتى يذوب تماماً.
- في وعاء آخر، قومي بغلي ملعقة كبيرة من الصمغ العربي مع كمية مناسبة من الماء حتى يذوب تماماً.

2. تحضير الماسك:
- في وعاء نظيف، امزجي ملعقة صغيرة من البن مع ملعقة كبيرة من الجيلاتين البودرة.
- أضيفي مزيج لبان الدكر المغلي ومزيج الصمغ العربي المغلي إلى وعاء الجيلاتين والبن.
- قلّبي المكونات جيداً حتى تحصلي على مزيج متجانس.

3. تطبيق الماسك:
- ضعي المزيج على بشرتك باستخدام فرشاة ناعمة أو أطراف أصابعك، مع تجنب ملامسة مناطق منابت الشعر.
- اتركي الماسك على البشرة لفترة كافية حتى يجف تماماً ويشد البشرة.

4. إزالة الماسك:
- قومي بنزع الماسك برفق بعد أن يجف.
- اغسلي وجهك برغوة الألوفيرا الطبيعية المستخرجة مباشرة من ورقة الألوفيرا.

5. ماسك مهدئ:
- قومي بوضع مزيج من زيت النعناع والعسل على بشرتك واتركيه لمدة نصف ساعة.
- اشطفي وجهك مجدداً برغوة الألوفيرا واتركيها على بشرتك لمدة عشر دقائق.
- أخيراً، اشطفي وجهك بالماء الفاتر لإزالة أي بقايا.
