A girl can dream. Well this one’s dreams ended up coming true 🍔
You know what feels good? Working really hard towards a goal, then reaching it. Whether it's getting stronger, losing fat, building muscle... all of these take effort and help to transform your body. When you reach that point of recognizable (even if it's just to yourself) physical transformation, to follow is inevitably the mental transformation... this is the most powerful transformation of all. This is what helps us hold onto the physical part.
