especially if you like hot saunas, being scrubbed and pounded with soapy oak leaf brooms, mud baths, soap scrubs, swanning about in robes,

eating herring, beef, stroganoff, & drinking freshly squeezed juice of your choice.

My mind was alive and focused after the combo of hot and cold.
