If you constantly feel like your posture collapses the moment you stop thinking about it, the issue might not be weakness — it could be an overactive fascial chain called the Superficial Back Line.
This line connects the bottoms of your feet to the backs of your legs, travels up your spine, and continues over your skull to your forehead. Its job is to lift you out of a curled position, support upright posture, and help your neck stay long and aligned.
When this chain works harder than it should, especially if the deep neck and core muscles aren’t sharing the load, it can pull your head and neck forward and create strain throughout the body. Over time, this shows up as chronic tightness at the base of the skull, fatigue in the postural muscles, and tension that increases every time you sit or stand.
Rebalancing the system means teaching the entire line to move smoothly — fully shortening it, then fully lengthening it — so the timing from feet to head becomes coordinated again. When this chain finds its rhythm, posture feels lighter, alignment improves, and the muscles linked to head, neck, and jaw discomfort finally get relief.

Hayley Williams just drew a line in the sand — and honestly, it’s the kind of boundary more public figures should be setting.
In a new interview with Clash Magazine, the Paramore frontwoman made it unmistakably clear:
Racists, sexists, and transphobes are not welcome at her 2026 tour.
Her words? Sharp. Direct. Zero wiggle room:
“I don’t want racists around, and I don’t want sexist people around, and I don’t want people there who think that trans people are a burden. All are welcome if you believe all should be welcome. If you don’t believe that, you’re not welcome.”
That’s what real allyship looks like — not vague statements about “unity,” but actually protecting the people most targeted, most harmed, and most erased.
Williams is promoting her Grammy-nominated solo album Ego Death at a Bachelorette Party, which confronts bigotry head-on. She even confirmed that the “racist country singer” referenced in her lyrics is Morgan Wallen, who was caught using a racial slur in 2021.
And here’s the best part:
Her tour keeps expanding because demand is overwhelming. People want spaces where everyone actually means everyone — where trans people, q***r people, disabled people, people of color, women, and all marginalized folks don’t have to brace for hate just to enjoy music.
At Real Mama Bears, we’re cheering her on.
Drawing clear boundaries around safety and belonging isn’t divisive — it’s protective, it’s principled, and it’s how you build communities where our LGBTQ+ loved ones can show up fully and fearlessly.
More of this, please.
More courage.
More clarity.
More people willing to say:
If you can’t respect everyone, this space isn’t for you.

The body tells its story — tension, history, resilience.
Every session is a chance to listen, reset, and begin again.
With every treatment, I blend anatomy, intuition, and care to help the body remember what it already knows — how to heal itself.
