Full disclosure—I just got the Botox in the forehead (because why fight nature when you can negotiate?). And yes, I love a good filter, but not today and zoom in, my skin is serving unfiltered radiance. I didn’t think I had a problem before, but turns out…I did. Lol.

I have been experimenting with anti-aging treatments, diets, skin care, 𝐀𝐋𝐋 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐒. And now I’m in my very late 40’s 😉 and there are a few things I regret, a few things I’m so happy I did. Hold tight I’ll tell you 𝐀𝐋𝐌𝐎𝐒𝐓 everything we don’t want this post to be too long.…..

My Mom always taught me less is more, being active and the food and medicine you stuff in your face effects more than anything you’ll do in your life. Everyone 𝐍𝐎𝐖 is seeing that to be true. We now know that food can taste good and be 𝐃𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓𝐅𝐔𝐋𝐋𝐘 𝐍𝐔𝐓𝐑𝐈𝐂𝐈𝐎𝐔𝐒. And supplimenting with things your body is lacking like proteolytic enzymes, collagen and vitamin 𝐄 for instance is 𝐌𝐀𝐆𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐋 for the skin, hair, nails and just over all 𝐆𝐎𝐎𝐃 𝐅𝐄𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐆 and essential Gut Health. (Google it, I promise).

I wore fake lashes on and off and had extensions that made me look like an ostrich…ripped the corners of my lashes 𝐎𝐅𝐅 and they wouldn’t grow back. Until I used liquid collagen and 𝐁𝐀𝐌. They are back and better before. Go ahead and zoom in!

I’ve been getting Botox (small amounts here and there) since I was 35. If you have the right injector, you don’t need much. I had filler put in my cheeks by the recommendation of an injector and felt like Cat Woman. I had a “liquid nose job” and let me tell you, when you inject filler and have an Auto Immune flare up, oh 𝐇𝐄𝐋𝐋 𝐍𝐎. It swells because of water retention. I quickly, within months 𝐇𝐀𝐃 𝐈𝐓 𝐀𝐋𝐋 𝐃𝐈𝐒𝐒𝐎𝐋𝐕𝐄𝐃 and I never want filler in my face again. A good serum moisturizer combo and collagen makes the difference. My lips however will be staying. I love them. After I had my boys my top lip all but disappeared so 𝐒𝐖𝐄𝐋𝐋 all you want lips. My lip girl is so good and that’s important or you’ll have migration.

Okay, on to skin care and make up. I’ve been testing and working on a formula with someone and it’s almost ready. It’s a serum and moisturizer combo that gets rid of dead skin and plumps me just the right amount. You can’t get it until September though. We’re still finalizing the packaging. I loved being part of the creation and I hope you love it as much as I do. When you pass 45 the lines go further than just the eyes and I feel like this and my collagen are really plumping that without the yucky filler I told you about. As far as Make-Up…I play soooo much and use anything from IT Cosmetics to Wet and Wild. 𝐍𝐎 𝐉𝐎𝐊𝐄. I will forever be a product ju**ie. I suppose I could start doing videos here and there again. I don’t wear much, it’s more to just to enhance and an occasional fun color here and there.

So that is the latest but…. I have more very fun and innovative things coming. For all my beauty ju**ies out there. This is just the beginning. I promise to over share my journey so you have some ammunition when making these decisions for yourself.
