With the height of hair loss being a hot topic on the internet, there are a lot of people throwing out false information... here is a guide to what these words actually mean so you can make the most informed decision. Let’s go ahead and skip the seasonal dryness this month ⛄️

Step 1: if your hair is always dry for these colder months switch your regular conditioner for a moisture mask (my fav is Soulfood by amika)

Step 2: use (hair) oils on your ends every day! I use olaplex oil to make sure my ends stay soft and shiny

Step 3: don’t use dandruff shampoo! If your scalp is flaky it’s usually just dry skin (real dandruff is green and gooey) dandruff shampoo is extremely drying and making your dry scalp worse! Use Amika reset oil instead!

A fool proof way to pick a color is to look at your jewelry! (Yes it’s that easy) ⁣

If you love gold then you’ll probably gravitate towards liking golden warm tones (like this beauty right here) ⁣

And if you love how silver looks on your skin then you may like ashier colors for your hair! ⁣
