I’m not fear-mongering. I read ingredient labels and research papers.

And after a decade of digging into the U.S. food supply, I cut these out 🧪

Marketed “heart healthy.” Extracted with hexane (petroleum solvent), then bleached + deodorized.
High omega-6 → inflammation. You’re cooking with chemically processed oil and calling it normal.

2️⃣ Store-bought bread 🍞
Potassium bromate, azodicarbonamide, HFCS, seed oils.
Ingredients banned in Europe. Same brands remove them there—so they can. They just don’t here.

3️⃣ Non-organic strawberries 🍓
Consistently top of the Dirty Dozen.
Test positive for 20+ pesticide residues. Endocrine disruption isn’t a conspiracy—it’s exposure.

4️⃣ Coffee creamer ☕
