How I Keep Stress From Taking Over

Some days I wake up tired, sore, or just not in the right headspace. But I still get up and out of bed because my family depends on me, and I have my business and other responsibilities to care for.

Honestly, sometimes I overthink - my way of processing things; but it’s the simple things like showing up for my clients at my wellness practice and handling the everyday things that keep my business and life running. Doing what I love puts everything back into perspective. And what I love is massage therapy. That’s it!

It’s another routine holiday season, blah, blah, blah… Not the reality this year for many of us; carrying more stress than we care to talk about. 😰 💢⚡
