Yes, We're Open for Business...

Our team is excited to get back to work and is looking forward to servicing your beauty needs. We will open on July 1st, 2020.
But first, between our desire to keep everyone healthy and to stay in compliance with government mandates, we must adopt a few changes in how we work.

Please understand that we need to:

Limit the number of people in the salon at any one time.

Space out our workstations in order to social distance.

Spread out the available hours of our service providers into shifts.

Wear protective gear, including masks (and ask you to do the same).

Spend more time between clients disinfecting work areas.

Have you sign a waiver when you arrive to your appointment.

Allow us to take your temperature when you arrive to your appointment.

Only accept electronic forms of payment

Only allow those that have appointments to be in the salon, please come by yourself.

Not allow eating or food in the salon.

Make sure you wash and sanitize your hands before and after your appointment

Provide you with a ziplock bag to hold your purse and personal belongings.

Be patient with us, as we are working as quickly as we can to accommodate your needs, all while keeping everyone's health and safety first on our minds.

I am rescheduling previous appointments. If you have not received a call or a text yet, please feel free to text me if you want an appointment in July. Please note the first 2 weeks are already booked!

If not, the on-line booking site will be re-activited in August

TIMELINE FOR APPOINTMENTS

JULY 1st-JULY 31st
1. Everyone that had previous appointments will be re-scheduled in the 1st 30 -45 days

2.I will be texting you with new date and time options. If you didn't get a text yet, PLEASE be patient. I will get to you.

3.Please know there will be no double-booking. So your appointment may be pushed a little further out to accomodate new guidelines.

4..Please look out for an email with further details.

5..On-line booking system will remain disabled for the month of July.

6.APPOINTMENT ONLY policy remains in place. If I didnot confirm your appointment you will not be seen.

BLACK AND PROUD!!! "Long post"
Today I had the opportunity to participate in a Virtual Career Day for a middle school in Starett City Brooklyn@ GATEWAY IS 364. It was great! The reason for the post is to highlight two people at the school.. The dean Ms. Valerie Lee and the principal Ms. Fraizer. There are so many levels to what WE as a people are dealing with right now. SO much at one time. Not taking away from The Protests!(without the violence and the looting) I'm down for the cause! In the midst of that, we still have to live and do life.
Stressful, scared and overwhelmed!
At GATEWAY IS 364 they are doing a phenomenal job at keeping the kids and staff engaged and involved virtually in SPITE OF!! We still have to teach, train and leave a legacy for our children. I SALUTE the staff at GATEWAY IS 364!! We are BLACK, WE ARE RESILIENT, WE ARE COMPETENT,WE GET THE JOB DONE!! You guys are AWESOME👍👏😍🙏 tag a teacher or educational professional who is still doing their job!

In an effort to create quality control and adhere to the new standards and protocols that will ensure our health and safety .

THE ON-LINE BOOKING SYSTEM WILL BE TEMPORARILY SHUT DOWN ON MAY 31ST

I will be reaching to each of you individually to confirm and readjust your appt according to what you are getting done with the new guidelines in place.
If you already had an appt on the book between March 21st and June 30 no need to worry I will contact you.

If you would like an appt please make it before May 31st. That appt may change when I contact you but at least you will be in the system for the first batch of appts.
