Model appointments are held on Monday’s at 9am.

The ideal hair model is someone who:

•is comfortable in front of the camera. There will be lots of photos and video taken throughout the session.

•is open-minded and willing to collaborate with the stylist in their look. If you have a specific look in mind, it may be better to schedule a regular appointment.

•is willing to come in for at least ONE move up. Or have the extensions removed by the stylist when ready.

Whats going on?! If we haven’t already met I’m Rox, a harlem native & NYC hairstylist specializing in lived in color and handtied hair extensions.

I love 90’s hiphop/r&b, cafecito, local good eats, and super spontaneous trips!

Growing up in Harlem has had such a enormous influence on me. From the art, the food, the music, the fashion .. I’m so proud to be part of this artistic melting pot! So being able to have my own salon suite in the heart of Harlem at is truly a dream come true.

My biggest goal behind the chair getting and keeping my clients hair healthy. Strong, shiny, growing hair is essential before and after any color / chemical services performed. I continue to invest in education, to provide the healthiest options for my guest.

This year I’ve decided to really dive into and it’s the best decision I’ve made! It’s been over a year that I’ve transitioned all of my tape in extensions to and the results are incredible! Finding a business mentor has also been the highlight of my year, is truly a master! I’m so grateful to have the opportunity to be her co-stylist!
