✨ Employee Appreciation Week… but make it deeply restorative ✨

This week I stepped out of my treatment room and into a local company to offer 20-minute Reflexology sessions for their team 👣

I’ll be honest… I rarely take my massage table on the road.
But this experience? I loved it.

In just 20 minutes, something powerful happens when the nervous system feels safe:
✨ shoulders soften
✨ breath slows
✨ mind begins to quiet
✨ and yes… a few people even fell asleep

It’s a beautiful reminder that relaxation doesn’t have to take hours.
With the right intention and touch, the body knows exactly how to let go.

Grateful to be part of a workplace that values their team’s wellbeing in such a meaningful way 🤍

If you’re a company looking to support your employees with on-site wellness (Reflexology or Energy Healing), I’d love to connect.

Seventeen years later… and she still remembered how she felt. 🤍

Yesterday, a client reached out and shared that I supported his wife during her first pregnancy… back when I was working out of my apartment in Queens.

22 years as a massage therapist… and messages like this still stop me in my tracks. 😮

As massage therapists we often wonder if what we do really makes a lasting difference.
But moments like this remind me… it’s not just about the session.

It’s about how someone feels when they leave.
Supported.
Heard.
At ease in their body.

Thank you for remembering me after all these years. It truly means a lot to me.

Have you ever remembered somethjngbfrom long ago, how you felt, what made a lasting impression?

Happy Easter!!

What a beautiful day in NYC today! Long overdue, I finally treated myself to a 90 minute massage and she was absolutely amazing.

This winter felt like it lasted 40 years! 🤣 My body needed a full reset. I feel just like these crocuses, emerging from the cold, breaking dormancy, finally breathing again. And I feel 3 inches taller!

As a massage therapist, I don’t always practice what I preach. But today I did. Taking care of yourself is not a luxury. It is how you show up fully for everyone else.
When did you take care of yourself? 🌻

Celebrating all the amazing Birth and Postpartum Doulas on Doula week. 🎉

In 2009, I trained as a Birth and Postpartum Doula. I attended births here in NYC and in Burlington, VT. I visited new moms as a postpartum doula but realized that I really missed working hands on as a prenatal massage therapist. Also, the on-call lifestyle was just causing me too much anxiety, and I like my sleep! 😴

I’m posting this for all the birth and postpartum doulas out there who chose this as their profession. Big shoutout to

Hope you all celebrate the amazing work that you do! 👶🏻 🤰🏼

Most people expect to lie on their side for the whole session. At EarthySoul, a prenatal massage moves through three positions, each one thoughtfully designed to address a different part of your body.

Prone with full belly support. Sidelying for the hips. Semi-reclined to finish with detailed neck work and reflexology.

The result is a much more complete session than most expectant mothers have ever had.

If you’ve been curious about prenatal massage but weren’t sure what to expect, swipe through. And if you have questions, my DMs are always open.

Sometimes the simplest sounds can soothe the nervous system.

The gentle rhythm of water moving over pebbles…
finding its way around the rocks,
flowing between the spaces,
never forcing, simply moving.

Nature has a way of reminding us that we don’t always need to push or strive. Sometimes the most restorative thing we can do is pause, listen, and allow the body to settle.

A few moments with the sound of water, the movement of nature, and the breath can be enough to bring us back to ourselves.
