Its been done for thousands of years as the primary way to preserve produce in its season and to keep meat good for years. Try it out and make a vegie soup from produce you’ve dried this winter!

Day 17 of my juice cleanse and today I woke up feeling energized. Last week was a tough one. I expelled a lot of parasites, I lost alot of weight and built up toxins, I experienced back pain, coughed up tons of mucus, suffered from extreme fatigue, I had a sore throat for a couple days and some days I did not feel like getting out of bed but I pushed through it all. This will be my longest fast and I plan on going for at least 90 days on only Juice, and herbal teas. However if YHWH provides me with the strength to do more then it shall be. I am my best self when I am not eating. For those who are struggling to heal, I advise the regimen that I am on. I am getting my minerals from my herbs and sea plants and I am getting my nutrients from my fruits. This week I decided to up my intake by consuming at least 1 gallon of juice per day and next week I plan to mono fruit fast to cut down the cost of my grocery expense. As I continue my healing journey, I hope to inspire someone to take a step closer toward theirs. The message for today is “If you are sick, need to heal, or suffering from any condition or ailment, STOP EATING and START JUICING!” I know it sounds taboo or crazy but the body will do what it needs to do to regenerate itself. Also a lot of what we are eating has no nutritional value or benefit to our health. This is your health we’re talking about and do not let anyone convince you that it does not matter and that you have to live the rest of your life suffering. I hope this message resonates with someone to start their journey today. Peace love light and healing.

This anti-inflammatory immune supporting combo is perfect for the fall and winter months.

Enjoy the many benefits to green tea, lemon, turmeric, ginger & ACV in this delicious tea!

What you need:
*makes 2 servings
-4 cups water
-2 bags green tea or ginger tea
-Juice of 1 lemon
-1 tbsp honey
-1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
-1/2 tsp ground turmeric
-1 tsp ground ginger
-Pinch of cinnamon
-Pinch of black pepper
-Lemon & orange slices (optional)

What to do:
1- Boil the water and pour into a glass pitcher. Place the tea bags in to steep for 2-3 minutes.
2- Add in the fresh lemon juice, honey, ACV, turmeric, ginger and cinnamon.
3- Stir until well combined.
4- Place the sliced lemon and oranges in the pitcher.
5- Pour some into your favorite mug and sip!
