Laughter Yoga is a unique concept where people laugh as exercise in a group. I can train people to become laughter yoga leaders.
I have a private psychotherapy practice which uses mindfulness and yoga practices .I can be reached at 646-494-4516.
This is to announce I have joined a private psychotherapy practice and will be seeing clients on Wednesdays and Thursdays. On Thursdays, I can see people in person or virtually. Wednesdays is all virtual. I accept Aetna Insurance.
