Last (official) weekend of facials for 2023. It's been an adventure!

I've hired & fired people & teams, spent all the $ in the world - made it back (some of it😑), increased pricing and took less clients (quantify your time & be clear on your client base), partnered with businesses, confirmed what DOES NOT work in marketing vs. what does (still tweaking) - I spent (what feels like) a million dollars😒, got crystal clear on expenses and "knowing my numbers" - I made my bookkeeper explain every single line item, for every single expense in monthly reporting (I could go on Shark Tank, no problem) & paid my taxes with the help of my 🗣️ON TIME because my accountant does not play!

I'm going to say, that's SUCCESS in year 5!

Please know that no matter if you're booking your 1st appointment (outside of your initial consultation) or you've book each and EVERY month for 4 years, you have no obligation as a client to chat during your appointment. Nor do you need to "explain why".

While you're asleep your esthetician may be mixing things for you, sipping on some tea while we let products work (like masks), listening to the music (which is a vybe) and/or just working through our next step in your skin protocol.

Respectfully, this is YOUR time and you deserve to have that time however you want. No judgement.

Feel free to ask for a silent appointment when you arrive but we also feel the vibes - emotional intelligence is a thing and a part of the culture here.
