Does anyone else feel like they were thrown a few curveballs in January? With winter bomb cyclones and short daylight hours, this time of year can really kick your butt. Don’t forget to pause, do some serious breathing exercises, read self-improvement books, drink tea, sleep. Be kinder, gentler, and acknowledge winter as a time for reflection instead of despair (easier said than done). I’m going to use this month to make some self-care images to brighten the grey days.
