Just thought I’d share. I’m NOT a cauliflower fan. I’ve always felt it had a strong taste and just was never something I would eat. I decided to try this today and I was pleasantly surprised. 2 pts for the entire thing and I ate this for lunch.

Y’all…I’m a cracker and cheese fiend…and I am in snack heaven. 14 crackers for 3 points. 1 point for a wedge of cheese. I just did 6 crackers and a wedge of cheese for a quick 2 point savory bedtime snack. Now to keep my kids out of my crackers and cheese. We’re all hooked.
