The new recently launched “Plein Air H Trio Healthy Glow Mineral Powder” from has made a dent in the world of bronzers. Inspired by “three of nature's elements (air, sun and earth), the healthy glow mineral powder leaves a semi-matt veil of finely iridescent, pigmented powder on the skin, illuminating it with natural warmth.”
I purchased shades “Atlas and Sahara” but the latter was more defined and had a deeper tone. Do I prefer these new bronzers over my current staple ones? I won’t be getting rid of my holy grails anytime soon but this new bronzer is a nice addition to my ever growing collection of bronzers. What is your opinion on this new collection ?

The new “Traceless Soft Matte” concealer is my latest purchase from this luxury brand and it did not disappoint. It applies beautifully making it easy to layer without looking “heavy or cakey.” It comes in a variety of flattering tones from yellow to neutral beige and the formula (which is made in Japan) is sophisticated and user friendly. The real question is “is it as good as my holy grail concealer that I have used for over two decades? The answer is still provides more coverage due to more pigment but the is more hydrating and easier to work with. The conclude this review, I have been mixing them together and like the results. If I had a good nights sleep, TF should be enough otherwise I like blending them together. For reference I use shade 2WO. I would love to hear your opinion.

My current vanity had a spotlight on bronzer I’ve recently rediscovered and can’t seem to use any other bronzer at the moment. What have you rediscovered recently?

The new Lively Skin Wear foundation from has quickly become one of my holy grail foundations. The gel like texture goes on so smoothly and flawlessly leaving a light/medium coverage without a cakey feel or look. It’s “formulated with color oil in which powder pigments are uniformly dispersed,
and the transluscent gel that conforms to the skin evenly.” It comes in eight shades and I’m wearing “ocher D” all over and “Ocher “E” on cheekbones and forehead as a natural bronzer.

This gorgeous blush from in shade #05 (Rosy Beige) is housed in the most beautiful compact and the shade is universally flattering. Have you tried it?

Spent the afternoon with some of the cast of last week and it was really fun and memorable. Be sure to watch it on and prepare to be addicted. It’s so good!

When I get asked “where is your favorite place to hang out in the world” my answer is always “Soho NYC.” I use to hang out here when I was a struggling fashion student in the 90’s and have fond memories of hanging out there, going to flea markets, sipping coffee and just taking in the city.
