As I’m preparing for upcoming markets, and making medicines for people this morning, I am so grateful for the people in my life who have helped me realize who I am, and who I’m becoming. Some of you know who you are. Some I haven’t met yet.

Happy 2023! Lots of things happened in 2022 (including finding these fantastic Reishi mushrooms), which admittedly, leaves me with little time to do things like post here.

I don’t normally make New Year resolutions, but this year I’m going to try and be more active here, to stay connect with all of you, and keep you updated on all of the amazing things that are going on with Gnome Apothecary! So whether you are looking for a Clinical Herbalist, or want to see more foraging adventures, or want to learn more about herbalism in general, I’ll be here. With that, let’s bring in 2023 with positivity, empathy, and compassion.
