Love working with & fight team ! They take their recovery as serious as they take all the other preparations. Athletes of all calibers benefit from pre-sports and post-massage and stretching to help with recovery. But also in combat sports the coaches, trainers, and instructors also are very active and hands on with their . It is also important that they too also stay in top shape to give the proper pad work, s&c session, roll, and practical instructions.

Professional fighters do a lot of challenging and hard on the body work outs. Plus the damage they can take from sparing and drilling. During fight camps what helps with recovery and sleep is a massage and stretching. Here we have after his session to help him recovery from a hard day of strength and conditioning plus sparring.
