During consultation, clients are asked to provide photos of how they normally pencil in their brows. This helps define what “natural” means to each individual and allows me to design Powder Brows semi-permanent makeup that truly fits your goals.
For this client, her brows naturally followed a downward tail. Through careful mapping, we refined the shape to create better balance while keeping the design low maintenance and practical for everyday life. The focus was not perfect symmetry, but a polished, sustainable brow shape — one that preserves as much natural brow hair as possible, reducing long-term maintenance, especially when life gets busy.

My 72-year-old client told me at her appt:
“I thought I would have to carry a brow pencil in my purse for the rest of my life and touch up my brows at least three times a day for 15 minutes, because I had been doing that for almost two decades after losing my brow hair due to aging… until I saw your permanent makeup work.”
Before I dive deeper into her brow case, I’m grateful she allowed me to share her age, because we all know age is often a woman’s biggest secret.
If you’re also experiencing brow hair loss due to aging, you may feel like something as small as your eyebrows has quietly taken away time and confidence. Filling them in can become harder as eyesight changes, and makeup application isn’t always as easy as it once was. Many women also worry about their brow pencil fading or disappearing halfway through the day.

Booking notes:
• If you are over 55, please email clear photos of your brows without makeup for approval before booking, as mature skin requires additional care and technique.
• If you have had previous eyebrow permanent makeup (microblading, microshading, etc.), regardless of how many years ago or how faded it looks, please also submit current photos for approval.

Not all previous work can be corrected without removal, especially if you’re hoping to achieve the soft, natural powder brow style I specialize in. I often compare it to cooking: if a dish is overly salted, sometimes the best way to achieve the right result is to start fresh.

If you have old brow permanent makeup that you no longer love but don’t want to go through removal, there’s hope.
I can help if the pigment left is around 10–20% faded. That’s when my natural technique gives the best results.
You’ll be considered a cover-up/correction client, and I’ll need to review photos of your brows before booking.
Once received, I’ll email you a detailed reply on what’s achievable before you decide whether to move forward.
