The mullion-free arched-shaped casement windows imported from Europe exceed typical proportions, varying between 6-feet to 8-feet-tall depending on the residence. As architect and interior designer Adam Rolston says, “their proportion alone is the definition of dramatic.”

Parlour’s powder rooms are outfitted with Aurora Blue stone vanity counters that are silken and lustrous, as well as light washed wood plank flooring. The pale, light-reflecting white oak communicates a muted serenity to complete this calming, private space.

Each residence is designed with open-flowing interiors and is inlaid with arched windows that create unique and light-filled spaces.
